Oberoi Realty has secured bookings worth ₹1,348 crore for 5.65 lakh square feet within the first three days of launching its latest integrated project, Oberoi Garden City Thane, which was inaugurated on October 18.
Spanning 75 acres, Oberoi Garden City offers over 30 world-class amenities, including a 5-star JW Marriott Hotel, a private membership club, and the Oberoi International School.
The project’s first phase features five residential towers with expansive gardens. Bookings for two of these towers opened on October 18, 2024. The residences offer 3-bedroom and 3-bedroom plus studio units, starting at 1,475 square feet and rising over 65 stories.
Oberoi Realty also reported a 28% increase in net profit for the September quarter, reaching ₹589.4 crore, with revenue from operations up 8.4% to ₹1,320 crore compared to ₹1,217.4 crore in the previous year.
EBITDA for the second quarter saw a 27.5% rise to ₹813.8 crore, with the EBITDA margin improving to 61.7% from 52.4% year-on-year.
Additionally, the board declared a second interim dividend for FY25, amounting to ₹2 per equity share, or 20% of the face value of ₹10 per share, with a record date set for November 4, 2024.
